NEXT GROUP STARTING 30th January

Navigating Neurodivergence: From Insecurity to Self-Assurance in 6 weeks

The programme to help you understand how your brain works, learn some strategies to help you move forward and accept that it is OK.

The programme specifically designed to help you
understand and accept your neurodivergence,
either in a group setting or 1:1

Finding out that you are neurodivergent as an adult can be both a massive relief but also a massive jolt to your system. It can leave you feeling like you don’t know how to be “you” anymore, or even questioning who you really are. There is a lot of processing, and a period of grief as your brain tries to accept the things that potentionally could have been different if you had known earlier.

Navigating Neurodivergence supports you in taking the knowledge that you are neurodivergent and running with it.

It will help you understand how your brain works, and why you react to things and behave the way that you do. The knowledge in itself makes a massive impact to how you speak to yourself and feel about yourself.

It will teach you how to make the most of your neurodivergence, and use it to propel you forward to where you want to be in life.

During Navigating Neurodivergence we work through a few different areas, including:

This is available 6-week virtual coaching programme, either in a group coaching format or on a 1:1 basis, for people who are adjusting to a late diagnosis (or discovery) of ADHD and/or Autism (ASD).

The next group cohort starts on Thursday 30th January, on Zoom, for just £550.

Reviews For Navigating Neurodivergence (formerly FITS)

“I had the privilege of participating in Emma’s FITS group coaching program, and it was absolutely amazing. Emma guided me through exploration of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), helping me understand how it was affecting my life in ways I hadn’t fully realised. Her compassionate and understanding approach allowed me to confront these challenges head-on, and she equipped me with practical coping strategies that have made a world of difference in managing RSD.

Emma also introduced me to the concept of the Locus of Control, which has been incredibly valuable in navigating the ups and downs of life. Understanding where I have control and where I don’t has empowered me to focus my energy more effectively and approach challenges with a clearer mindset.

Emma’s support and insights have been important in my personal growth, and I can’t recommend her FITS group coaching program enough!”

“My relationship with myself has improved. The acceptance and self compassion I was already working on have been amplified, and I love how you model them. I feel much more comfortable with myself.

This has had a huge knock on effect on my relationships with those closest to me. I feel way more accepting and understanding of them, and in many cases of their acknowledged or unacknowledged neurodivergence. I approach other people’s behaviour with curiosity now, instead of assuming I know what their intentions are and getting ready to be on the defensive.

It’s made for a more harmonious and satisfying life, and I’m grateful for the new perspectives I have gained. The world seems different now I’m more comfortable in my skin. I’m unmasking more and more. This programme has been utterly transformational – thank you from the bottom of my heart, Emma. You are a truly remarkable human.”

Meet Emma

Hi! I’m Emma, and I’m an accredited health and life coach.

I work with neurodivergent adults and parents of neurodivergent children to help them achieve what they want in their lives and feel confident and happy.

When I found out about my own neurodivergence aged 35, everything changed for me. I had just come through a battle with post natal depression and ended my marriage… I was on a mission to figure out what I wanted in life and how to be the best role model for my son.

ADHD and autism gave me an answer to a lot of the struggles I’d faced throughout my life, and I set out to spread awareness and help others who are on the same journey. My ultimate goal is to work with enough parents to ensure that future generations of neurodivergent children don’t have to go through what we did.
